TheTicketingBusiness ASIA (#TAS25), held alongside TheStadiumBusiness ASIA (#SAS25) in Hong Kong, brought together ticketing leaders, promoters, and venue operators from across the region for three days of learning and connection. With more than 300 delegates in attendance, it was clear that APAC is where the next phase of growth for live entertainment and ticketing will unfold.

Across the programme, sessions tackled the big questions shaping the business of live. Talent, Touring & Tourism explored how international acts and local stars are fuelling demand and creating cultural connections across Asia’s booming live scene. Entertainment Connections: Fans, IP & Shows highlighted how platforms are bridging the gap between creators and audiences, bringing Japanese pop culture, anime, and gaming IPs to life through live experiences.

Peak Challenge into Peak Opportunity showed how smarter virtual queues and anti-bot solutions are turning onsale pressure into loyalty and revenue, while The Era of Personalisation examined how algorithms and audience data are reshaping the way fans discover and experience entertainment.

Panels on Gen Z engagement and The Ticketing Town Hall brought platform leaders together to share how technology, localisation, and innovation are redefining the ticketing experience across APAC’s diverse markets.

The discussions throughout #TAS25 highlighted the scale of opportunity across the region, from fan engagement and content creation to operational excellence and digital transformation. As live entertainment continues to evolve, APAC is emerging as a leading hub in a rapidly expanding global marketplace.
