TheTicketingBusiness ASIA (#TAS25), held alongside TheStadiumBusiness ASIA (#SAS25) and the launch of That’s Entertainment! ASIA (#TEA26) in Hong Kong, brought together more than 350 ticketing leaders, promoters, venue operators, and event creators for three days of practical learning and connection. The co-located gathering demonstrated how APAC continues to set the pace for digital transformation and audience growth in live entertainment.

Across the three-day programme, sessions tackled the core commercial and operational challenges facing modern ticketing businesses. Bot Defence & Online Traffic Orchestration highlighted how smarter queue management and AI-driven protection are helping platforms handle extreme onsale demand, while panels on Building Lifelong Fans explored moving beyond the transaction to convert single-ticket buyers into long-term brand advocates through integrated data and connected venues.

Dedicated discussions on cross-border marketing, AI-driven event discovery, and K-pop fan communities examined how promoters and ticketing platforms can balance regional scale with local relevance across diverse APAC markets. The Ticketing Town Hall brought regional platform leaders together to share strategies on localising payment systems, navigating regulatory requirements, and driving friction-free concourse retail. Away from the stage, delegates enjoyed technical tours of Kai Tak Sports Park and trackside networking during ‘Beerfest’ at Happy Valley Racecourse.
